This course is limited to 16 delegates and will be administered on a first come, first served basis. It targets beginners who would like to have a basic knowledge of Implantology and a feel for the machinery. The hands-On course will be a lecture by Dr. SenGupta followed by delegates doing an implant on one manikin in one of the adjoining "Break-Out" rooms. Drs. Grillo & SenGupta will supervise this course. The cost of the course covers the use of equipment, the manikin jaw and the implant.

If necessary, delegates will have video conferencing to see the procedure clearly.

Other Delegates are invited to remain in the Hibiscus Room for Ms. Rae's lecture.
Course 2: "Hands on" Periodonal Surgery Course

This course is targeted for dentists who will see a free gingival graft showing not only the technique but also the rationale. The course will be limited to twelve delegates who will be given/demonstrated hands-on participation and review techniques. Registration will therefore be on a first-come, first-served basis but will have to be limited. Caribbean Dental Programs Ltd. 2005.

Delegates will have video conferencing to see the procedure clearly.
Course 3: "Hands on" Occlusion Course

This course will be limited to twenty persons but will have to be in two groups of ten. The first group will commence at 1330 and conclude at 1500. the second group will commence at 1515 and conclude at 1645.

Professor Ordonnez will demonstrate how to make the splints properly to correct Tempero-mandibular problems. Delegates will use acrylic splints and correct the occlusion with articulating paper. All delegates who are accepted on this course, are asked to attend with a set of cast models of their own mouth mounted in an articulator (hopefully semi adjustable whip mix) that have been taken within the previous week. This is imperative.

0800-0830: Registration & Transportation To Dental Office
0830: Lectures and Discussion
1230-1500: Live Surgery at Dr. SenGupta's office
1500: Return to Convention Centre

This course is targeted for persons who already have knowledge of Implant Dentistry and is organised through the Caribbean Dental Programs Co. Ltd. Drs. Grillo, Ordonnez and SenGupta will cover topics pertinent to practical implantology when they present the course with a series of lectures. This will stimulate interactive discussion. The lectures include bone grafting and sinus lifts. Live surgery will be performed in Dr. SenGupta's office.

The course will be limited to twelve delegates who will be given/demonstrated hands-on participation and review techniques. Registration will therefore be on a first-come, first-served basis but will have to be limited.

The course is recognised by the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and attendees will be assigned ICOI credits for membership to ICOI.

Delegates will be able to view the surgery by video conferencing within the surgery so that they are able to view it in its entirety.
