Willard J. J. Wallace qualified in computer engineering with a degree from Bauder College in Florida. He is also qualified in microprocessor technology, digital circuitry, Laser technology, xerographic, and electronics. Willard has worked in the field of electronics and biotechnology for the past 20years and has also undergone extensive training in all aspects of dental equipment repair and installation. He has been contracted by Henry Schein International for the past 13 years, working throughout the Caribbean, The Bahamas, and Bermuda. This relationship continues to be both rewarding and mutually beneficial.
He currently resides on Anguilla working with the Health Authority as the Facilities Superintendent/ Bioengineer.

This lecture will be shared with Mr. David Wright and will provide delegates with correct mechanisms that should be implemented to improve preventative maintenance, reduce expenditure on replacement of parts while at the same time ensuring a clean and working environment.
