"Clinical Management of Non-Carious Cervical Lesions"
Sunday, April 6, 2008 @ 11:15 am
The prevalence of non carious cervical lesions may be a lot higher than previously thought. Failure to recognize these lesions and treat them appropriately may lead to progression of the lesions, pulp exposure, periodontal problems, caries and can ultimately lead to tooth loss. This lecture gives the most recent update on the recommended clinical management for non-carious cervical lesions. A review of the more current literature on the topic will be presented. Also, excerpts from the latest research coming out of UWI on the prevalence and aeitology of these lesions will be highlighted.
