Dr. Prince Ramsey is a Family Physician in private practice in Antigua. He received his early education in Antigua, Oxford and London, England. In 1975 he graduated with a medical degree from the University of West Indies.
Dr. Ramsey has lectured in over twenty Caribbean countries, U.S.A and Canada mainly on the subjects of Family Planning, STD'S, Sexual Disorders and HIV/AIDS. He has received many awards and honours for his contribution to Antigua and the Caribbean. These include two National Awards: the Order of Merit and the Order of Distinction. Dr. Ramsey has also received awards from UNICEF and PAHO for his work on HIV/AIDS.
He is a past-President of the Antigua and Barbuda Medical Association, past treasurer of the Caribbean College of Family Physicians(Antigua Chapter)and past member of the Board of Directors of the Caribbean Family Planning affiliation and the International Planned Parenthood Federation.
