Dyan M. Jayjack is the Sales and Category Manager of the ProRepair Division of Henry Schein, Inc. She began her career in International Marketing working with organizations like the Walt Disney World Company and McDonald's. Then, after working for AT&T in their Development and Training and International Fraud divisions, Mrs. Jayjack entered the Dental Industry in 1999 when she joined Score International which specialized in Do-It-Yourself handpiece repair.
In 2001, Mrs. Jayjack joined The Timken Company, a bearing and steel company that manufactures dental bearings, when they acquired Score International. Later, Henry Schein Dental acquired Score International from Timken and the business was renamed ProScore and became the Do-It-Yourself repair and parts arm of the ProRepair handpiece and small equipment repair business.
Mrs. Jayjack is widely known as a specialist in her field. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master's Degree in Corporate Communications & Technology from Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida.
Mrs. Jayjack currently manages an international team which includes Marketing Associates and Sales Representatives. Her multilingual skills only add to her vast array of talents and knowledge in this industry.

Dyan will do hands-on with delegates who will benefit by gaining knowledge on how their handpieces should be serviced, repaired and sterilised to ensure that the provider obtains maximum efficiency and benefits from this piece of equipment which is responsible for the greatest part of profits within the practice.
