Dr. Keith Hayes is a General Dental Practitioner with a special interest in Oral Medicine and Caries prevention. Keith qualified at The Royal London Hospital in 1977 with a BDS(Hons). For 25 years, he was the driving force behind a successful large practice in Sevenoaks, also working as a part time clinical demonstrator in the Department of Oral Medicine at The Royal London Hospital between 1984 and 1992, alongside Dr Sally Joyston-Beckle, on the Radiotherapy Dry Mouth Clinic.
In 2001, looking for new challenges Keith and his partners sold the practice and Keith undertook the Restorative Certificate Course at The Eastman Post Grad Hospital. 18 months ago he set up his own private practice from scratch, which is now keeping him occupied full time alongside his lecturing on the subject of Ozone Dentistry. Keith's experience working on The Dry Mouth Clinic had changed his outlook on the provision of dental care as his research at The London had shown interesting results. So, when 18 months ago he heard of the research into using ozone to treat dental caries, he believed that this was the opportunity of a lifetime to enhance the treatment he could offer at his new practice.
