The Grand Barbados Beach Resort (www.grandbarbados.com) will host the meeting with lectures mainly in "The Golden Shell Room" (Lecture Room A) while on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th "Coral Garden Room" (Lecture Room B) will also be used for additional lectures.
SINGLE or DOUBLE ROOM: US$169.55/Night. This fee includes taxes, service charge and full breakfast for a single occupant. If the room is shared (Double Room), the second party will be responsible for their breakfast cost.
CHILDREN Children less than 12 years staying with their parents in the same room will be accommodated complimentary, room only. All meals for these children will be discounted at 50% of the price.
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation fee of 1 night's room rate is applicable for cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
NO SHOW No-show penalty of 1 night's room rate is applicable for all no-show.
EARLY DEPARTURES A fee of 1 night's room rate will be applied to persons departing before their scheduled departure date.
